  The other reviews are a joke must be friends or family. I was sold a container of crickets that only had 14 crickets inside when i went back he told me it was my fault for not looking inside the box and the he cannot bring crickets back from the dead and it was my fault for shopping in his store. As for knowledge the staff only have a basic understanding of animals ask them questions about reptiles and they cannot answer it when you look at there bearded dragons and you see that they are on sand that tells you everything lol. Fish are poor quality lack colour some deformed. The whole shop is over priced if your price match on your phone while you are in the shop you will just laugh and walk out. The last time i went into the shop my brother bought bird seed got it home to find grubs and bugs in it. If you go to his Facebook page you will find posts of people being sold guinea pigs with broken legs qith xrays to prove it and much much more

  Staff member was friendly but that's the only positive thing I can say. The shop assistant couldn't find a price for the filter that we wanted and needed to use my personal mobile to contact her boss. Price was ridiculous - was quoted $500 "if we bought today, not on credit" down from $550, when I was quoted $350 for the exact same item at another store.
