    During the initial interview there was poor communication to my family members when organizing a recent funeral. Then having very little empathy towards the family straight after the funeral by telling them there was "no gas" at the crematorium to cremate their son. Who tells the family that on such a day. They are so distressed and didn't need to know that. Would not recommend this crematorium.
